Subject: Full repayment of the loan in PKO BP S.A.The
Management Board of Cl Games SE with its registered office in Warsaw
(the “Company“) informs that the Company repaid in full the
multi-purpose credit granted to the Company by Powszechna Kasa
Oszczędności Bank Polski Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in
Warsaw. The subject of the loan agreement was granting the Company a
multi-purpose credit limit up to the amount of PLN 29,000,000.00 PLN
(twenty nine million zlotys) for the period from 29 April 2022 to 31
January 2024 r. The Company’s Management Board announced the conclusion
of the aforementioned loan agreement and the annex thereto in current
report No. 9/2022, dated 29 April 2022, and current report No. 38/2023,
dated 31 October 2023. The Company’s Management Board considered it
reasonable to qualify this information as confidential within the
meaning of the provisions of Article 17 (1) of the MAR Regulation.
