CIECH: Art. 19 ust. 3 MAR – informacja o transakcjach wykonywanych przez osoby pełniące obowiązki zarządcze

The
Management Board of CIECH S.A. (“Company” or “Issuer”) informs that on
June 28, 2023, the Issuer received from the Company’s Shareholder – KI
Chemistry S.à r.l. with its registered office in Luxembourg, i.e. from a
person closely related to the person discharging managerial
responsibilities, i.e. the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the
Company, Mr. Sebastian Kulczyk, the notification submitted pursuant to
art. 19 sec. 1 in connection with 19 sec. 7 lit. a) Regulation of the
European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse
(market abuse regulation – ‘MAR’) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of
the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives
2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the
European Union of 2014, L 173/1, as amended) on establishing a
registered pledge on the Company’s shares.

(EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation – ‘MAR’) and
repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the

2004/72/EC (Official Journal of the European Union of 2014, L 173/1, as
amended).
