2024-02-01 Report No. 1/2024: Preliminary non-audited consolidated
financial results for Q4 2023.

The Management Board of ING Bank Śląski S.A. (“Bank”) hereby publish
preliminary, non-audited consolidated financial results of the ING Bank
Śląski S.A. Group for Q4 2023 which were compiled for information
purposes, irrespective of the interim reporting duties.

At the same time, the Bank Management Board hereby announce that the
attached preliminary, non-audited consolidated financial results for Q4
2023 are preliminary estimates only. The final financials will be
presented in the consolidated annual report of the Bank Group for the
year ended 31 December 2023 and in the annual report of the Bank for the
year ended 31 December 2023, which will be published on 8 March 2024, as
per current report no. 29/2023 of 13 December 2023.

Additional information that was not included in the attachment hereto
will be available on the Bank’s website www.ing.pl in the Investor
Relations tab.

Legal grounds: Article 17.1 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the
European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse
(MAR).
